These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Coco Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the DuckResume mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Important: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, templates, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), is owned by Coco Studios, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The name "DuckResume," the DuckResume logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Coco Studios. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the App, including your resumes, CVs, cover letters, and any other materials ("User Content").

Your Content, Your Rights: We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content you create or upload.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Coco Studios. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Coco Studios shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction of residence.
